Electronic Visa Application

Twenty-eight days tourist visa may be obtained from Myanmar embassies or consulates abroad. It is possible to get a visa on arrival is done five days on working days. Now on arrival visa available for Business and transit passengers. For Business visa, the client have in hand invitation letter one of the trading company letter head from Myanmar and other this company license copy and working permission license. Note: Tour company and hotel company invitation letter and letter head are not allow Yangon International Immigration and don’t use for on arrival Business Visa.

How to Apply

Fill up the secure online application form Applicant is required to enter all the necessary information in the application. Confirm and pay the processing fee Applicant needs to recheck all the information is correct before proceed to the next step. Make the payment with Credit/Debit Card via eNETS. Ackowledgement email with application code will be sent to applicants.

Get approval letter within 3 days Within 3 days, applicants will get visa approval letter via email. Print out the letter with barcode and bring along with passport, then show them to Immigration officer at Myanmar arrival checkpoints.

Get visa stamped at arrival checkpoints Upon arrival to Myanmar arrival checkpoints, present visa approval letter and passport to the Immigration officer to get passport stamped.  

Note : The card issuers will determine whether a particular debit card is supported. Some card issuers do not allow Internet type transactions for their debit cards.
